 PAYMENT GUIDELINES/REFUND POLICY

It is the policy of Lifelong Educational Opportunities (hereafter known as “LEO”) to require complete payment for all services at the time of registration and/or enrollment. Any tutoring fees are paid directly to the tutor. There will be a $10 facility fee per student/per session for tutoring if the student is not already registered with LEO.  LEO will issue refunds for cancellations made within 7 days before the start of class.  After such time, if a cancellation is made by the end of the first week of classes, LEO will issue a credit that may be used for future classes. After the first week of classes, no refunds/credits will be issued.  All facility fees are non-refundable. It is our policy to be fair and equitable to parents and instructors alike in the event of a cancellation.
